Q. Preorder has taken longer than expected can I cancel my order?
A. We DO NOT refund, no exchange, no return store. Preorder items are custom made to order.
I use manufacturer, delays during heavy and peak seasonal, holidays. I don't control the manufacturer ( I don't make clothes) I do however order from a reliable company. If your in a rush to receive DO NOT ORDER PREORDER( DELAYS HAPPEN AT ANY TIME) YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF DELAYS, BUT DELAYS DONT MEAN CANCELATION

Q. Can I change my shipping address after purchase?
A. No, We can cancel your order and return your funds please allow 7 to 14 business day for refund. You can reorder after you receive your refund. Due to high orders we are unable to update address. ***WE DO NOT SEND ITEMS TO PO BOX ***
Q. My Tracking link isn't working or no update.
A. Tracking numbers do refresh often. In the event that your tracking number is not working try it again within 3 to 9 hours. Tracking numbers can sometimes take up to 24-72 hours to refresh.
Q. My Order says delivered, but I don't have my order what should I do?
A. If your order has been delivered, double check the tracking link to see where exactly your order has been delivered. (Ex. Front Door, Porch, Parcel Locker, Front Desk/Reception) After doing this if your items still have not been delivered, please contact the courier associated with your tracking link. They will be able to assist you further.
